Lanco Handlers -
Lanco has a full line of high quality handling systems. The devices include rotary actuators, linear modules and gripper modules. The handling systems are designed to work together to form complete pick & place devices. The units are also designed to work independently. The handling systems have been designed to provide accuracy of movement and long life.

Tray Handling Modules -
The Standard Tray Stacking Module is a modular device to vertically queue parts in tray format entering or exiting automation. The system is an alternative to bowl feeding and is ideal for tray accumulation to reduce operator tending. Parts handled by this method range from metal stock or machining blanks to delicate plastic parts and other high-production components.

Applicator Modules -
The Standard Applicator System is a high-accuracy applicator of
self-adhesive components for use in manual or automatic assembly
systems. The System’s modularity makes it ideal for creating lean
manufacturing cells and building semi or fully automatic systems.
Parts fed by this method include various labels, gaskets, and other
pressure sensitive adhesive-backed components with a maximum size of 60 mm wide x 100 mm long.
